  • How often should my oil be changed?

It is generally recommended that conventional oil be changed every 3,000 miles and synthetic oil every 5,000-6,000 miles.

  • What is the recommended maintenance schedule?

Recommended maintenance is generally every 10,000 miles or every 2 oil changes, as well as the air filter, cabin filter, fluids, tires, and brakes. Always check your manufacturer's manual for complete maintenance.

  • How do I know my air conditioner is not working properly?

If your vehicle’s air conditioning is not working properly, it will either need a recharge, have a fluid leak, or need more in-depth servicing. Each situation can differ, so please contact us to come in for a diagnosis.

  • What causes a vehicle to overheat?

Many different factors can cause your vehicle to overheat.  Not having adequate flow and circulation of fluids or low fluids will cause a vehicle to overheat. Other common issues include a faulty water pump, radiator, head gasket, or thermostat replacement.  Please contact us if you are experiencing these issues immediately.

  • Why are my brakes grinding or squeaking?

Brake grinding indicates that brake pads, rotors, calipers, hoses, and/or brake shoes need to be replaced.  Any type of squeaking noise should be taken in for service immediately before it becomes a larger issue.

  • What does it mean if my check engine light comes on?

Your vehicle’s engine performance and emissions are controlled by many sensors and computerized components.  When one of these components fails, the check engine light will come on.  Although your car may seem to run fine, it's important to have the issue addressed to prevent long-term problems or failure of emission tests.  If you're experiencing these issues, ranging from electrical systems to mechanical problems, please reach out to us today.

  • Do you accept insurance?

All types of insurance are accepted and processed.
